Love at the Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center Upcountry

Oli RMaui Catering, Wedding Catering

Congratulations O&A for putting a charming wedding celebration upcountry! Our team had so much fun providing Maui’s pizza catering to their amazing friends and family some delicious fresh salad and pizzas! They kept their wedding very simple and elegant, and chose a beautiful grassy hill to tie their knot. It was such an unforgettable evening.

We definitely know this couple has style, as they put on some old Italian songs including our favorite, “That’s Amore” by Dean Martin.

To add a little family tradition, their families made and brought their Pittsburg homemade pies and cookies and made a beautiful dessert table.

We captured the fun vibe of this wedding in this video!

Celebration in Haiku

Oli RBirthday, Maui Catering, Wedding Rehearsal

Congratulations T&S for choosing us as your Maui caterer to celebrate your day before your wedding! Almost Maui’d! We celebrated in their luscious backyard in Haiku with their close family and friends. With live music, the party was pumping, the pizzas were flying off the buffet tables so quicklyi!

The drizzles came and we all huddled under the pop-up tent as everyone continued to nibble on the pizzas as they quickly disappeared! We can fully operate in any weather conditions. Rain or shine!

Buffet Table

We place the pizzas on the buffet table and keep refilling them for 2 hours or until your guests are all full!

Maui Event Venues

Oli RMaui Catering

We can come cater at your private venue location. Unfortunately, Maui County will not issue us a permit to make pizzas at a public park or beaches here on Maui. If you do not have a large backyard to host your party, we suggest contacting one of these locations to book a Maui venue. Send us an inquiry form (located here) to pencil in your date, while you research to book a venue location! When you’re inquiring for locations, mention that you’d like to hire a mobile pizza catering, Oli Oli Pizza. We have been to many of the venues below (not all!) and they are familiar with our set up.

Good luck! Let us know how else we can help you by contact us:

You Stole A Pizza My Heart

Oli RCharcuterie Board, Maui Catering, Wedding Catering

Congratulations P&D for putting together such a beautiful celebration! We had such a wonderful time catering at this beautiful private venue in Wailea, Maui. They had so many beautiful decors and details incorporated into their day.

We had a Maui wedding coordinator that we worked with and she was an absolute delight. We’re so happy that we were able to be a part of the couple’s special day!

The Kalua Pork with lilikoi butter drizzle and Truffle Bliss mushroom pizzas were a big hit at this wedding!

Surfboard Charcuterie Board

After getting married, they started cocktail hour and appetizers with the surfboard charcuterie board which was a huge hit amongst the guests!

Thank you Ivette from The Charcuterie Plus Bar for setting this up for us.

Exquisite Kihei Backyard Wedding

Oli RMaui Catering, Wedding Catering

We absolutely LOVE❤️ catering and had a blast at Hotel Wailea for a late night wedding snack! We had everything ready at 10pm and served pizza until past midnight!

Simple + Elegant

#jamalotte’s wedding was such a perfect Maui wedding. They kept things very simple, yet so elegant! The location was more than perfect, in a Kihei backyard.

You could tell that the couple was kind being surrounded by their sweet family + friends that came to celebrate their special union.

Right after the ceremony, we started making pizzas for the entire guests. The guests were loving our pizzas and slices were disappearing left and right. We were able to make a heart shaped pizza for the wedding couple!

We absolutely adored that Charlotte’s father cooked up a storm and elegantly presented a buffet style dinner.

It was definitely a fun surprise that they hired our friend, Angie Diaz. All the photos on this page were taken and edited by her. She’s truly a fun spirited gal, and such a talented photographer!

We also had their dogs, Nala & Bigs show up and our dear friend, Kristin from Happy Dogs Maui brought them over who were caring for the puppies during their busy festivities. Always fun running into business friends as a surprise at our events! Our first Maui pizza catering experience was for Happy Dogs Maui about a year prior to this event!

The evening continued with celebrations, speeches, dancing, drinking, and on to desserts as the sun slowly set. It was a perfect + memorable evening that we will cherish.

Thank you for having us to cater your special day #jamalotte!

Cheers to many happy years together.

Surf Love in Lahaina

Oli RMaui Catering, Wedding Catering

Ashley and Bully celebrated their love with a stunning outdoor wedding in the scenic setting of Lahaina, Maui.

In a unique twist, the couple decided to forgo traditional appetizers and treated their guests to a delightful shave ice experience—an ideal choice to beat the warmth of the outdoor festivities.

The atmosphere was further heightened as guests relished live fire displays from our pizza oven and engaged with our pizza team, savoring delicious and piping-hot pizzas.

Adding a touch of local flair, one of our pizza team members delighted everyone with some hula dancing.

The festivities reached their peak as the couple concluded the evening with enchanting dance moves, delectable desserts, and the timeless tradition of cutting the wedding cake.

Backyard Wedding Rehearsal

Oli RCharcuterie Board, Maui Catering, Wedding Catering

Congratulations to Rachel & Mark! These two lovebirds were so kind and easy to work with. Their dear friends hosted a backyard wedding rehearsal in Haiku, and we had the pleasure to do pizza catering for them!

They got married the next day at the beautiful grassy knoll at Maui’s communal art education center, the Hui No‘eau Visual Arts Center.

We arrived prior to all the guests. As soon as the guests started arriving, the fresh pizzas were coming out of the oven as quickly as possible! The guests loved both the salads and all the pizzas. We had a lot of fun chit chatting with the guests who had questions about how the oven was built. Oli was happy to answer every question and share his techniques to make his oven.

Thank you Rachel & Mark for having us and being part of your special celebration! We wish you a lifetime of love and happiness, and hope you two have many more pizzas together!
